We are here to help you study in New Zealand. We represent all New Zealand universities and a full range of other types of institutions. As you can see below, international students can enrol in the full range of New Zealand institutions via Global Student. These include; English schools, primary – intermediate – high schools, foundation programs (pre-University), tertiary studies.
Tertiary institutions provide degree courses such as undergraduate degrees and postgraduate courses. They can be broken down into three groups: 1) Skills and Technology Institutes – now branded under the common name Te Pukenga – 2) Private tertiary institutes and 3) Public Universities.
New Zealand high schools provide one of three qualification and examinations frameworks. Public schools mostly use the official NCEA, while private schools may choose to follow NCEA, CIE or IB. Students gain university entrance based on the college results of whichever qualification they complete without having to sit another university entrance exam.
