This is a Foundation Certificate for students who have 12 years of schooling at home, to prepare to enter a Bachelor program at VIctoria University of Wellington or other New Zealand university. The Victoria University of Wellington Foundation program is offered over 6 to 18 months depending on a students IELTS score and academic background.
