Hukanui Primary

Hukanui School is a popular and well regarded primary school in Chartwell, Hamilton. They have about 800 students and 60 staff, from over 50 countries around the world. Student outcomes in literacy and numeracy are well above national averages, due to the dedication of a vey passionate staff team who support student learning. The school provides co-curricular activities which are not usually available at primary school level such as; cricket, hockey, netball, scocer, rugby, swimming as well as environmental spaces and three playgrounds, art facilities, choice and student leadership programs.
