Pinehurst School

Pinehurst is a co-educational private School, located in park-like grounds in the heart of Albany on Auckland’s North Shore for Students from Year 1 to 13. The school offers Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) from Primary through to Senior College. In addition, Pinehurst offers international students a comprehensive orientation programme designed to help them adjust to their new school environment and expectations. They also receive ongoing pastoral care through POD’s (Progressive Ongoing Development) for Year 9 to 13. The POD’s are vertical groupings of 20 students from Year 9 to 13 who have a POD Leader who works with the students and parents to ensure that the student has the support and supervision to set and achieve all academic and social goals.
