- University of Auckland
- University of Canterbury
There are also a range of more applied Engineering courses at Universities such as:
- Auckland University of Technology and
- University of Waikato.
As well as a number of applied engineering programs at Te Pukenga New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology campuses such as Unitec.
